Thermal insulation of thermal insulation materials in the context of positive energy buildings

The article contains an overview of the obtained results of measurements of thermal conductivity of materials: graphite polystyrene, dotted standard polystyrene, PUR foam, mineral wool and polyurethane aerogel mat. The tests were carried out in the LaserComp FOX314 apparatus on samples of the size of approximately 30 x 30 x (10/2) cm. The research showed slight deviations fromthe tested values. Finally, a solution for increasing the insulation performance in existing buildings was presented – in the case of walls with an air cavity based on Cavipor foam.
