The paper presents an overview of the historical urbanistic and architectural layout, technical condition and main building interventions made during the structural and functional refurbishment of the classicist palace complex from the end of the 18th century. The complex consists of an early-classicist threestorey palace, with an annex adjacent to the central part of its garden façade, as well as farm outbuildings as stables, granary, cowshed and distillery. Today, after the extensive reconstruction, the palace serves as the hotel, while the remaining farmbuildings are used as recreational facilities. Themodernization of the whole palace complex took into account the historic nature of the buildings and the resulting conservation restrictions.
