Qualification of selected building structures in power plants with respect to taxation

According to the Building law, the classification of the components of the estate related to the business activity to the category of „structure” results in their taxation with the property tax. This issue is especially complicated in the case of localized in big industrial plants, like power plants. It results from a large number of those kind of objects and their constructional and functional differentiation. The article presents the qualification criteria for the following objects: magazines, storage containers, tanks, fundaments and supporting construction of technical devices and technological installations localized in power plants with respect to taxation with the property tax.
