The construction law classifies construction facilities into buildings, structures and small architecture objects. Explicitly is defined as a building but no components are defined. Astructure is an object that is not a building. Also the treatment of the above- -mentioned issues poses many difficulties at the outset in terms of the appropriate qualification of the considered construction facilities. This applie sincl. to power facilities. This classification is important when determining, for example property tax.
