The paper presents failure condition of the reinforced concrete floor slab in two-storeyed office building. After the floor shuttering removal a mesh of irregular cracks, with water leaking through during rainfall, has been noticed all over the floor surface. Based on the analyses carried out, it has been noted that observed floor cracks resulted exclusively from the accumulation of shrinkage impacts as well as floor thermal deformations. Remedial recommendation proposed was gluing separates parts of the floor by means of injection with non-shrinkage epoxy resins of possibly low viscosity that guarantee appropriate cracks penetration.
