Sustainable urban development embraces problems connected with the widely understood development of urban structures on the basis of ecological technologies and plans,which will take into account the analysis of conditionings economic, environmental and social. The subject matter which was undertook in the article, state the essential branch of the contemporary, sustainable economy, which at present is developed very dynamically in the result of great number of arising Eco-cities in the world. In the article example of Eco-cities in the world and solutions which are applied in the economy is introduced.
