It is justified to consider various scenarios of the carrying out of renovation of historical buildings during their planning stage. Due to the unique character and the specifics of the various types of construction and conservationwork, assessing their uncertain parameters is difficult and requires an appropriate approach.Unfortunately, tools that are appropriate to the planning of such projects are not being used in practice, which, as a result, generates problems regarding insufficient estimates concerning the duration and cost of such projects. The author of the article performed a review of selectedmethods of network planning that, due to their undetermined logical structure, can be used in the planning of projects associated with the renovation of historical structures, in addition to providing recommendations. Keywords: historical buildings; restoration works; project scheduling; stochastic network.
