This paper analyses scheduling work of crews executing non-uniform construction processes in deterministic conditions. A mathematical model to minimizing work gaps was formulated, taking into account different variants of actions aimed at reducing the duration of project execution. The application of the developed model made it possible to increase the continuity of crews' work and reduction of time loss as well as better organization of work on the construction site.
