The case study of a storage hall disaster in one of the logistics center was presented in the paper. The direct reason of the collapse of the roof of the hall was the failure of the drainage system. The legal aspects of faulty workmanship of structure was considered in the paper.An assessment of the impact of structural solutions hall on the course of destruction was conducted.Aspect of realization,which contributed to the cause construction disaster were documented and discussed. Conclusions could be used to increase the safety of this type objects.
