This paper presents a study of unfinished and temporarily out-of-service large-panel buildings. The tests were performed in order to assess the state of structures degradation. The use of specialised equipment for non-destructive testing enables to reduce the number of destructive tests. The proper development of research methodology and the definition of methods for obtaining reliable resultsmakes it possible to reliably assess the technical condition of buildings.
