The article describes both strict and approximate methods for dimensioning of circular cross-section under eccentric full compression. The approximate way is based on linearizing of dependence between concrete strain and internal forces. The approximate method allows quite easy to establish reinforcement. For the practice, the accuracy is good enough. It allows to use the presented method by common designers.
