The article presents architectural, construction and installation solutions thanks to which the building of the european headquarters of the Bloomberg board in London obtained the BREEAM outstanding certificate level, and the first result in the world, 98.5% at the design stage. The most important issues related to sustainability from the design idea and the urban plan, tomanaging the facility in order to ensure the users' comfort with the lowest environmental cost are presented. The basic performance of the object was given.
