The article presents the range of modernization of ten public buildings located in the Podlasie voivodship in connection with their comprehensive thermo-modernization, which is planned under the Regional Operational Program. The possibilities of improving the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing CO2 emissions were analyzed. Costs and economic efficiency of investments were also presented.
