In the article presents a calculation model that allows for the correct interpretation of the results of field tests of facades in relation to the normative requirements specified in Polish construction regulations is presented. The model is based on normative records and on experience in making forecasts for residential buildings but it can also be used for other types of buildings where the dimensions of the structural elements do not differ much from those in residential buildings. Calculations can be performed in frequency bands or in single-number factors.
