The digital transformation of the construction sector involves the implementation of modern tools. One of the key components are CDE (Common Data Environment) platforms, which enable the centralization, integration, and control of data.The article presents a definition of these platforms and analyzes their development. It discusses their impact on the efficiency of design, construction, and operation processes.Benefits and implementation challenges are identified. It is indicated that CDE platforms are a vital element in the future of the construction industry.

Cyfrowa transformacja budownictwa to wdrażanie nowoczesnych narzędzi. Jednym z kluczowych elementów są platformy CDE (Common Data Environment), które umożliwiają centralizację, integrację i kontrolę nad danymi. W artykule przedstawiono definicję platform, analizując ich rozwój. Omówiono ich wpływ na efektywność projektowania, realizacji i eksploatacji obiektów. Zidentyfikowano korzyści i wyzwania wdrożeniowe. Wskazano, że platformy CDE stanowią istotny element przyszłości sektora budowlanego.
