Common Data Environment (CDE) is the key to manage the entire building cycle through the digital and physical processes which combined enhance production engineering and management. The result of this work is a construction – physical process, and BIM(Building InformationModelling) digital object management, as well as Internet of Things (IoT – Internet of Things) are digital processes. It is an information tool that enables every participant in the construction investment process to manage the building fromany location without the need to install a special software. Thanks to the common data environment (CDE), BIM management combines teams, models, and project data, thereby reducing the risk of errors and maintaining BIM standards (BS/PAS 1192). Keywords: BIM level 2; CDE; common data environment; PAS 1192-2.
