The article presents an analysis of the accessibility of selected public utility buildings located in Krakow. The main focus was on architecturally accessible accessibility. Various types of disability are taken into account. An attempt was made to investigate the safe and trouble-free movement of people with disabilities around their city, and to deal with official matters on their own and participating satisfactorily in society. Analyzes, surveys, interviews and own observations made it possible to try to show what should be changed or improved in order to improve the living conditions and self-fulfillment of people with disabilities.
