Use of CSA cement in low-density foam concrete

A possible solution to the problem of the stability of low-density foam concrete stability and improvement of its properties is the use of CSA cement. The article presents the results of tests of low-density foam concrete, produced with CEM I 52.5R Portland cement and, alternatively, CSA cement. The obtained results showed that foam concrete with CSA cement is characterized by higher strength, lower thermal conductivity, and a structure with smaller pores than foam concrete with CEM I cement.
