The impact of the use of building information modeling on its durability

In the paper evaluation of the influence of building information modeling technology on the durability of concrete structure has been done. Idea of BIMand principals information about this technology has been presented. The correlation analysis between durability factors and profits form BIM technology has been done. The analysis results has been referenced to the practical experience gained during the preparation of the selected projects.
