Most of the used in practice methods of prestressed concrete state identification aim at a detection of cracks, inclusions, corrosion or other small damages which can occurred in the structures. Such methods are targeted at detecting of their localization, e.g. a corrosion in strings or reinforcement bars and the concrete, a placement of cracks in the concrete or the bars, or other defects. On the basis of such an information it is possible to estimate an importance of the imperfections on the state of the whole structure.Additionally, such a procedure is time-consuming because the experimental investigation can be made for selected parts of the structure. In the present paper we propose an alternative approach consisting an observation of changes in dynamical characteristics of construction elements, due to a change in a structure of internal stresses.
