About the work of objects without damage decides many agents, first of all thermal-moisture conditions in buildings. In the old building the reason of this problem was the fragmentary design and after all in time and exploitation of objects. It caused occasion to produce some moisture places and in consequence – corrosion and first of all biological corrosion. The microbiological processes are produced by house fungi and moulds, algae, lichens and bacteria. Moisture and biological agents imply the sanitary problems. The chemical and electrochemical corrosion of materials at past was implicated and at present is also implicated. In this instance, it is necessary to execute the drying of walls and repeated isolations.
