The problem with return cargo is important in the design of transport processes, because of the use of alternative materials and energy savings related to empty transport units from construction site. The complexity of the logistics structure and implementation processes, is dependent on the size of the construction, size of used transport units, routes and the possibility of receiving the return cargo transport. This article presents the results of measurements made in the traverse factories with the process of demolition the highway in the Netherlands. The results allowed us to perform statistical analysis useful for the design of transport process with granulated asphalt and to design the whole transport cycle with recycled materials.
