The loss of durability of reinforced concrete chimneys working in chemically aggressive environment is due largely progressive corrosion of concrete and reinforcement. Cracked inner and outside wall surface of chimney is the door for penetrating condensate. Condensate in wall causes bigger moisture and is the reason for settle down of mineral wool. Reduction of thermal insulation walls causes increasing volume of condensate in the chimney. Keywords: chimney, reinforced concrete, durability.
