Support the competitiveness is very important for the development of a knowledge-based economy. In Kujawsko- -Pomorskie region was created in 2012 unique in Poland fund to support the best innovative projects in framen work of pilot project called Research voucher. The connection between science and business was to stimulating the activity of the scientific sector and its creativity.The overall objective was to present a new method of financing support, the financing was focused on technological innovation (process and product) increasing the competitiveness of the region's economy, also in article are the ending recomendation.
