The article presents the structure and temporary solution of support of an exhaust duct which is located in one of the power plant across the country. The undertaking is related to planned modernization and renovation of the power plant unit heating exhaust system. The final reconstruction predicts assembling newmain support structure of the heating exhaust duct for purified fumes. However, while the time it is being disassembled the exhaust duct needs to be supported. The article focuses on the need of local reinforcement of its support.
