The article describes the problems with the execution
and maintenance of a ventilated facade with cladding made of
porcelain tiles. An analysis of the technical condition of the
elevation in opencasts was made and it was found that it does not
correspond to the design assumptions. This is partly the result of
executive errors and partly incorrect system solutions.
