The article presents a newly developed model for minimising construction team downtime. The model is designed specifically for construction schedules created with the assumption that the work will be organised in accordance with the Linear Scheduling Method (LSM). Such schedules are utilised in the construction industry in cases of structures that can or should be subdivided and it is expected that the subsequent work processes carried out on the subdivisions will be organised in accordance with the technological assumptions. The example of usewas also presented.
