In recent years, the kits for internal wall claddings with special functions has become very popular. Quite often, unverified kits are used in construction. This may affect the safety of the building. The article begins with the review of a most common types of kits for interior wall and ceiling claddings of special functions. The scope and methods of technical evaluation of the discussed products are presented. Particular attention has been paid to the assessment of suitability and safety of use.
