Analysis of the suitability of methods for estimating the final cost of construction using the solutions contained in the EVM

The EVM method allows to forecast the final cost of a project already at 15 – 20% of its advancement. The article presents authors’methods of estimating the final cost of a project. Examples of completed construction projects were verified and their suitability for control of construction projects were analyzed.
